We are very proud to have earned the long-term support of Pacific Century Group as our financial owner and look forward to serving you as an independent investment manager.
While our ownership has changed, our commitment to building a strategic relationship with you and delivering results is stronger than ever.

This successful sale of our business is a testament to the great skill and dedication of our 900 employees around the world – the professionals who stayed focused on investment performance and the deal team that managed one of the most complex, demanding and globally diverse transactions in the history of our industry.
